RISE volunteers to help repaint & restore United Way's Born Learning Trail at Veterans Park. The BLT is a series of 10 interactive signs designed to boost language & literacy development. The bilingual trail is a fun & easy way for El Paso parents & caregivers to help prepare children for school.
